The Management Team
Tracy founded the company in 2016, with Sarah joining the team in 2023. As children, they were at secondary school together, but never knew it. A networking dinner brought their companies together; their shared values, business goals, and ethos made collaboration a given. Both driven and hard working, they are committed to delivering great service with a
personal touch.
At BFS they specialise in humanising the accounts, so even when numbers are not your thing, they will help you understand the figures and give you the information needed to make your business and finances work better for you.
