Who We Are

Tracy has worked in finance for nearly 25 years and worked her way up from a junior to various
financial controller roles as well as playing an important role in huge company integration projects.
Tracy founded BFS in 2016 born from a desire to help small businesses not only with their year end
reporting requirements but also with having access to finance resources to help their businesses
grow and thrive. 

As well as all aspects of accounting and reporting, Tracy handles much of the strategic business and
tax advisory work.

Following the tragic loss of her husband and business partner Dave, Tracy is now a solo parent to
two young children as well as two crazy lurchers. She loves spending time with her huge support
network as well as hot sunny holidays and dreams of having more time for art and craft projects.

Sarah has a BA (Hons) in business management and has worked in project management and finance related roles for over 20 years. Having completed her accounting qualifications, she now handles self-assessments, accounts preparation, management accounts, VAT compliance, cashflow forecasts, and corporation tax planning and filing. After working alongside Tracy for 18 months, Sarah became a Partner in October 2024.

Outside of work she is often found at a grassroots football ground or stomping through the
countryside in her wellies with a spaniel. She dreams of beaches, sunshine and cocktails.

Pauliina has been working in bookkeeping since graduating from University of Gloucestershire in
2016. She now handles client bookkeeping, reconciliations, VAT and CIS preparation and filing, and assists with year end preparations.

When she isn't at work, Pauliina spends her time with her two children and enjoys cooking new
dishes with a glass of wine, and catching up with friends over coffee and pastry.

Our longest serving employee, May has been working with BFS since 2020. May has worked in
various finance roles as well as commercial and marketing roles. She now works on many of our
clients bookkeeping, reconciliations, management accounts, VAT, payroll and year end accounts
preparation.

When not in work, May is busy running around after her 2 young children.

Cheryl has worked in a variety of accounting roles for 30 years and is qualified to AAT Level 4. She covers all aspects of client accounting including bookkeeping, reconciliations, VAT preparation and
filing, payroll and year end preparation.

When Cheryl isn’t number crunching she enjoys being a Mum to her son, hill walks with her dog and she is also a keen runner. She has completed the London Marathon four times raising over £10k for various cancer charities!

Claire has worked in accounting roles for 40 years and moved to BFS Limited in 2024, following a
company restructure. She covers all aspects of client accounting, including bookkeeping,
reconciliations, VAT, payroll, management accounts and year end preparation.

When not at work, Claire loves time with her children and grandchildren, a gripping drama series,
and escapism on holiday with the sun, wine and a good book!

Erjeta graduated in Tirana in 2021 at the TBC University, one of the best in Albania for business
administration. She moved in UK in 2020 to join her husband and has had many different
experiences in business administration, working for well-known companies. She has been part of our team since 2022, and now works part time for BFS, covering all aspects of bookkeeping, invoicing, credit control and sales reporting.

Erjeta enjoys a good work-life balance and spends her free time with her 2 year old daughter and her husband. She loves walking, hiking and cooking and is also a great expert in skin care products.
